Getting Started

What is FunnelLeaks?
FunnelLeaks is a funnel security tool that finds every leak in your sales funnel. Think of your funnel like a pipe carrying water (your ad spend) to the bank. Cracks appear -- broken pages, dead forms, failed checkouts, missing tracking pixels -- and your money drips out before it ever converts. We scan for these leaks 24/7 and alert you the moment one is detected, so you can fix it before it becomes a costly mistake.
How do I add my first funnel?
After signing up and logging in, go to the Funnels page, click 'Add Funnel', give it a name, then add URLs for each step in your funnel (landing page, order form, checkout, thank-you page, etc.). We'll automatically start monitoring each URL.
What checks does FunnelLeaks run?
We run 22 check types on each URL including: HTTP Status, SSL Certificate, Page Speed, Page Size, SEO Meta Tags, Open Graph / Social Preview, Mobile Viewport, Heading Structure, Image Alt Text, Security Headers, GZIP Compression, Canonical URL, Mixed Content, Meta Pixel, Google Tag, TikTok Pixel, Form Detection, Broken Links, Redirect Chain, Cookie Consent, Favicon, and Search Indexing. You can enable or disable each check individually per URL.

Billing & Plans

What plans are available?
We offer three subscription plans: Starter ($47/month), Pro ($97/month), and Enterprise ($297/month). Each plan includes different monitoring limits and features. Visit our Pricing page for full details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. When you cancel, your monitoring continues until the end of your current billing period. There are no refunds on previous payments.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes! You can change your plan at any time from the Billing page. Upgrades take effect immediately and you'll be charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing period.

Account & Security

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
If you're locked out of your account, submit a support ticket below with the 'Account Access' category. Our team will verify your identity and help you regain access. For security, we may ask you to confirm billing details or other account information.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is transmitted over 256-bit SSL encryption. We use bcrypt password hashing, session-based authentication, and follow security best practices. Your payment information is handled securely through Stripe - we never store your card details directly.
Can I change my email address?
For security purposes, email changes require identity verification. Submit a support ticket with the 'Account Access' category and our team will assist you after verifying your identity.

Monitoring & Incidents

How often are checks run?
Checks run at the interval you configure for each funnel URL. The default is every 5 minutes, ensuring near-real-time detection of any issues with your funnel pages.
What happens when an incident is detected?
When 3 consecutive check failures are detected, an incident is automatically created. Incidents escalate in severity based on the number of failures. You can view, acknowledge, and resolve incidents from your Incidents dashboard.
Can I pause monitoring temporarily?
Yes! You can pause and resume monitoring at both the funnel level (from the funnel list or detail page) and for individual checks (by toggling them on/off). This is useful during planned maintenance or site updates.
